Having never installed a wallpaper, this was brand new undertaking. This product is super easy to install. It is literally peel and stick, re-positionable, easy to cut. It can be pulled up easily, leaves on mark or residue behind. It does need to be applied on smooth surfaces or paint to adhere properly.
The pattern is really interesting and unique, easy to work with many different decorating styles and colors. In addition, the pattern makes it easy to cover up mistakes as patches blend in easily. It repeats itself every 21". The faux speckled look gives the paper natural and organic look, elegant and stylish but bold as well. The stones are various shades of grey, the background is not pure white, more very light cream. It appears to be washable, within reason. Manufacturer suggest wiping it off with slightly moist sponge. Excessive wetness may damage the product and should be avoided. In addition, the manufacturer's website offers detailed installation instructions and a video.
The paper comes in 20.5" by 18'. The entire roll took about 30' for one person to apply, on a crooked wall with thermostat within. I used a metal ruler to push the paper around edges, a utility knife to cut it around edges, large scissors and small sewing scissors for detailed touch-ups.
Overall, it is a really cool, super easy product that adds a significant pizzazz to minutes. As a matter of fact, I loved the product so much that I am buying more of the same, in a different pattern.
